took my very first leave in NS.
that leaves me with eleven days left of leave.

surprised heng and julius this mornin'
went to sent them off tgt with yingwen, wanyit, julius's mum & sis.
the feeling of gg tekong as a visitor is indeed very different.

HAH, finally all four guys in ASHISM is BOTAK!
maybe mel & wanyit should get a botak haircut sometime.
can't wait to see both of them two weeks later!

later, met up with the elevenies to celebrate josh's b'day at tp.
had dinner at kfc and had a huge tub of 'ice cream' cake.

shihao also tried this legendary 'ten continuous shot' on both jieyang & i.

went back to chungcheng for bazaar by the lake w yukai.
due to the rain, it should be named bazaar on the lake instead.

met up with zhiyan & sop for dinner at creation's.
and later walked around bugis where zhiyan bought me a duck.
which was meant to be my super belated v'day gift.

i'm posted to the service scheme branch.
so long pfile branch, i'll miss the nice guys there.

finally getting a lil' more busy.
luckily i had all the help i needed from my upper, andrew.

met up with bf for dinner before she starts sch next week.
dinner was at creation's.
man, their pasta was freakin' good.

next was dessert at sweet stone, waffle choc foundue.
the choc was so-so but the waffles were good.

ah, the only thing the both of us do is to indulge in food whenever we meet.
only if we exercised. HAH!

attended the 21st s'pore international film fest w deng and two other chuangyi budget crews.
personally enjoyed boo junfeng's keluar baris.

but the ending just could be much better.

we also went to si ma lu to pray.

i waited from 8 in the mornin' till 5.30 in the evening just to know that i'm posted to the
human resource department

later met belle for dinner at raffles city.
it was the last dinner before she leave for LA, sigh.
i really wonder when and where will the both of us next meet again.

have been helping put in the filing branch for the past few days.
the person there are nice, but there's just isn't much for us to do.

met up with the elevenies for dinner at plaza sing.
as usual, joshua never fail to liven up the atmosphere.
he commented that i didn't cut much of my hair. HAH?!

went over to blue stars.
prepared a mini surprise for yang to wish him good luck for his upcoming wushu competition.
followed with murderer and ice & water.

met up with my bunk mates for lunch at far east.
caught up with one another, there's just so much to talk about.
and we even had my favourite chili crab, hoo!

later played pool at lucky plaza.
guess what? i'm ain't that bad afterall, LOL!

next, went over to bugis for dinner with ASHISM clique (minus heng, julius and wanyit) HAH!
walked around and we soon found ourselves at yakun, eating again.

finally, took some photos over at mel's place.
we did lots of spastic stuffs, i guess that's just us.

and i really like the way things are now.

anw, went back to nanyang after booking out to get some stuff, before meeting up with wei to chat.
then went to toapayoh to meet up with yang and xinni.

and HELLO to my fav home-cooked dishes and my iMac.

met up with ahfat, jinhan and kianhwee to get the ohsexohtree bbq food.

bbq was at tanny's place.
caught up with the guys while bbqing and talked abt NS.

can't wait to meet up with the class again when jiaheng is out of tekong!

soonheng, sebas and julius came over for stay over last night.
watched movies, had supper while watching football and we only slept at five in the mornin'

woke up at eight for qingming.
reached home at ten and continued to sleep till one.

relatives later came over for lunch.
and kiatseong couldn't really recognise his uncle, whom he has always been kahjiaoing in botak.
damn.




PRE-NS WEEK

caught august rush tgt with belle.
it's one of the better movies i've watched recently.
the soundtrack flows with the scenes damn well, go catch it man.

dinner was at marmalade pantry.
the environment and food was good.
not forgetting, their red dates pudding topped with french vanilla ice cream is a must try.

got to meet up once again before you fly off to LA!

exactly after three months, the og embroidery badge is finally done.
man, it looked real good.

dinner was at astons along east coast tgt with jiayu & kai.
it was like having restaurant western food at the price of coffeeshop's.

finally, had ice cream dessert at parkway.
where we started blabbering away.

the entire s'pore seemed to be flooding due to the rain.
but it didn't stop me from meeting the elevenies to mug at bedok mac.
had lunch there and we started to do some work tgt.

dapaoed food to a void deck at chaichee for our dinner.
the eight of us squeezed onto a pathetic table, but the squeezey feeling was rather heartwarming.
and we'll never forget to cam-whore.

the elevenies also gave me a surprise!
they made me this colourful booklet with their self-penned well wishes.
yah tgt with lots of interesting photos huh!

met the 0603 peeps at lucky plaza.
it was a super last min decision, but it's still nice seeing them!

had lunch at hk cafe w puiboon and zhiyin.
caught rule #1 which fortunately isn't like those typical low budget horror film.
also went over to n.y.d.c for the boney cake, ah, we just can't stop eating.
and finally to toys r us.

rushed over to meet heng and tzeyin for dinner at chompchomp.
and for a drink over at liquid kitchen which was a rather good place to chill.

anw, heng and julius are over at my place for stay over.
gg to have some fun first.

one word to summarise the day, BLOATED.

and i'm officially botak.

anw met up with my family for lunch at ngee ann city's crystal jade.
followed by high tea at the coffee club.
and fortunately a commercial break, walked around the mall with my second aunt.

not forgetting, dinner at my place.

guess what? julius is over again, HAH.
shall blog again when i'm back in s'pore from NS!




NANYANG LEVEL CAMP 2008

0806 was da class i facilitated tgt with lisin.
hm, my first impression of them was that - they were damn good at throwing balls into the bins.
HAH!

during the debrief, i told whatever about my not-so-morally-right risk.
which was to escape from the hall to have common lunch w the elevenies.
man, they were so supportive that they even wanted to help me sneak out.
in the end, i walked out guang ming zheng da-ly.
but thanks man, i appreciated it lots.

so, final common lunch break ended tgt with our fav cam-whoring.

when the 0806 peeps came back for public speaking, i felt the openness amongst them.
honestly i didn't expected them to share so much of their personal stuff.

after the level camp, rushed to toapayoh and met jieyang for dinner.
fear has taken it's toll on me - what if i fail my geog? what if i fail my gp?
luckily there was jieyang calm me down, or not i might have gone bonkers in toapayoh.

trustfall requires trust.
and i saw the trust amongst 0806ians today.
kelvin made the choice to go first and he fully trusted the class.
the class also trusted themselves that they can cradle him.
and they did it (:
i'm proud of you guys.

soon, it was time to take my a levels.
they did three-cheers for me before i went to meet the 0603 guys.
thanks for making me feel less nervous.

while ms. loh handed my result slips over to me, her expression was like as if i failed my geog and gp.
luckily, i didn't.

mr. tay came to congratulate me cos' i improved from my prelims, but i felt i didn't deserve it.
also met jieyang and xinni, they did cheer me up a lil'

back to level camp.
i was the last facil to reach the hall and i heard that they even had to announce my name.
the last activity was crawling-through-the-tunnel.
followed by the thanking the facils, kelvin even carried me and turned me around.

during the facils debrief, i learnt alot from huisin.
i realised that i had to be less judgemental and more trusting towards others.

i'm glad that i gave the level camp a second chance.
and i think i managed to do something i failed two years back.

0806 also won the second best class! hoo!

later went to ice3 tgt with ASHIM clique.
it was like a mini wanyit b'day celebration.
their rum & rasin mudpie rocks man!

went to tampines ikea tgt with BF.
seems like we enjoy the food there more than the furniture!
HAH!

met up with the i.Nno juniors for huangcheng at night.
andt we had real fun, spoofing around, lol!
